University of Cincinnati Health Parking Lot Renovation

The Kleingers Group provided civil engineering, survey, and landscape architecture services for parking lot renovations for the University of Cincinnati (UC) Health in Cincinnati, Ohio. UC Health acquired an existing parking lot at the intersection of Burnet Avenue and Martin Luther King Drive and was looking to improve its functionality to serve the hospital. UC Health expanded the project to increase the amount of parking provided on the site.
Kleingers prepared concept plans, construction documents, landscape architecture plans and provided detention design and construction administration. We coordinated with the design team for on-site lighting and fencing.
