Laurel Healthcare Nursing Home

The Kleingers Group provided land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the new Laurel Healthcare Nursing Home on Sullivant Road and Norton Road in Columbus, Ohio. The new building is approximately 65,000 SF and includes new parking areas, on-site walks, and site utilities. One of the opportunities presented to the design team was designing the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer main and service laterals taps. This relocation allowed the owner to locate the nursing home at a prime location on-site.
