Gravity Mixed-Use Development
The Kleingers Group provided civil engineering services for the $120MM second phase of the Gravity project. The project required demolition and reuse of the existing buildings within the plan area. The 800,000 SF development included: a new 12-story mixed-use building with 207,000 SF of residential, retail, and restaurant space, located at the northeast corner of the parcel; a new six-story office building; a five-story parking garage in the middle of the block; a five-story “co-living” residential building on the southern end of the site; five-story residential townhouses along the west side of the garage; and existing one-story building to remain for retail/restaurant space. An outdoor courtyard provides “green space” for residents and the public. Kleingers assisted with the overall design to seamlessly incorporate the first phase of the Gravity project.
