The Kleingers Group provided site engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture services for a new store located on a 0.65-acre site. Kleingers prepared a traffic impact study to determine the effects of the proposed Graeter’s development with and without a drive-thru window. We performed a boundary and topographic survey, prepared site civil construction drawings that included water, storm, and sanitary utility connections, designed parking areas and sidewalks, and a landscape planting plan.
