The Kleingers Group performed land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the proposed two-story 40,000 SF medical office building. The selected location was approved for a retail shopping center and was the subject of legal action related to the property’s zoning by the surrounding neighborhood. We assisted in revising a court-ordered zoning consent decree and obtaining a specific site plan approval from the city. The surrounding community supported the proposed use and site plan.
In addition to the zoning and site planning services, Kleingers prepared construction drawings for the site’s grading and detailed utility plans and stormwater management. The Kleingers Group developed landscape plans.
