The Kleingers Group assisted in developing Premier Health’s two-phase, five-campus expansion by providing strategic facility plans to enhance the existing spaces to allow for future growth. The five-campus expansions included The Atrium Medical Center, Upper Valley Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital (Main Campus), Miami Valley South, and Miami Valley North. In-depth parking analysis and review of the existing sites using drone technology, supplemented by individual visual observation, were part of the project. Kleingers consulted with civil engineering and zoning guidelines and other regional hospitals to provide the most efficient service and quality product.
