The Kleingers Group performed survey, civil engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture services for this new 8-story, 187-room hotel with parking. The scope included:
- A site location plan of the building, access roads/driveways, parking surfaces, service driveways, plazas, sidewalks, and door pads
- A site utility plan showing sanitary sewer, waterline, and storm sewer design
- A site grading plan, including a stormwater pollution prevention plan with a silt fence, straw bale barriers, and rock channel protection
Kleingers prepared landscape plans, including project parking lot landscaping, common open space landscaping, foundation plantings, buffer plantings, and screening.
Our team worked closely with the Warren County Engineer and Deerfield Township to ensure vehicles have safe access in and out of the hotel. After performing a thorough traffic analysis, Kleingers designed a right-in, right-out access lane to Fields Ertel Road at the current location of the right-in only site.
