Explore our Undergraduate Student Opportunities (Co-Op)
At Kleingers, we want to help you succeed in your career. One of the ways we do this is to offer students a variety of opportunities to get to know us. Our Co-Op program helps to prepare you to become one of tomorrow’s leaders. You will have opportunities to interact with other employees and Co-ops in our offices, where you’ll find a collaborative open environment.
During your co-op experience with us, we will include you in any technical training opportunities that may be applicable. We periodically host lunch and learns, which provide a variety of technical information related to your work. We also offer you the services of our CAD Team to help when using Civil3D. You will find everyone friendly and willing to answer questions and assist.
We have co-op rotations in each of our Engineering and Survey teams year-round throughout our organization. We provide excellent learning opportunities and have fun doing it. We often extend pre-grad offers as many of our Engineers and Surveyors co-oped with us.
In Their Own Words...
My transition from co-op to full-time has felt seamless because I have been treated like a professional since the first day I worked at Kleingers. Someone is always there to lend a helping hand! I am excited to continue growing my skill set and see how my company progresses within the industry and within society as a whole.
Working at Kleingers has helped both my professional and personal growth tremendously. I’ve learned more here than I ever could have in a classroom. My coworkers treat me like a professional. The atmosphere and all my coworkers at Kleingers create a fun and comfortable working environment.
Such a warm and inviting place to be! I have built amazing connections and I am able to apply my engineering knowledge to real world appliances. It’s a great feeling to know I have contributed on many projects and that I am a part of something bigger! It has also helped me become a well-rounded person because I get the opportunity to understand the ins and outs of the industry.
