The Kleingers Group‘s reality capture division, TrueScan, coordinated laser scanning work at 24 Walmart stores in five states. Walmart scans each and every story every three to five years to support architectural, structural, and mechanical building upgrades and renovations. TrueScan delivered multiple Point Cloud and Revit models for individual store locations to the client throughout the process. The detailed documents TrueScan provided helped expedite the renovations and upkeep. The TrueScan team successfully scanned three million SF in just six weeks, with a total of five mission SF scanned in only three months.
