The Kleingers Group provided survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the new Topgolf facility at Polaris Center in Columbus. The facility occupies 15.5 acres located northeast of the Ikea Way and Orion Place intersection with access from Ikea Way.
Effective drainage from the site is a crucial component for keeping Top Golf operational year-round. Kleingers explored optimum drainage for Topgolf while maintaining balanced earthwork. We provided landscape architecture design services, coordinating with the City of Columbus and Topgolf to meet design standards
