The stated mission of the Housing Network of Hamilton County is to provide quality, affordable, and accessible homes for people with disabilities to support them as valued members of our community. The Kleingers Group worked with the Housing Network and project architect to develop three sites located in Springfield Township, the City of Springdale, and the Westwood neighborhood of the City of Cincinnati. The project involved the construction of individual four-unit single-story buildings at each location. The three sites involved redeveloping the existing sites from their prior use. Due to their small size, each space provided different challenges related to the design of the access paths to each.
Kleingers provided survey, site civil engineering, and landscape architecture services. We supported the architect in the permitting process in the three different municipalities. The Housing Network of Hamilton County construction is slated to complete in 2021.
