The Kleingers Group provided land surveying and civil engineering services for the new StoryPoint assisted living and memory care units in Fairfield and Medina, Ohio. The Medina site also received landscape architecture services. The buildings range from 186,000 to 228,000 SF with 158 to 199 apartments. These residences range from independent living, enhanced living, assisted living, and memory care. The spaces boast a bistro, café, and pub, along with a restaurant-style dining room for residents. Community layouts feature one, two, and three-story components.
The StoryPoint living options are designed for seniors who want the privacy of an apartment home with the added benefit of many amenities offered, including group outings, fitness programs, health and wellness opportunities, educational seminars, and optional healthcare services.
