Rawlings Group Parking Expansion

In 2019, The Kleingers Group completed a parking expansion at Rawlings Group in La Grange, Kentucky. Rawlings Group is Oldham County’s largest employer, and their continued growth required additional parking. Kleingers completed civil engineering and landscape architecture services for 93 new parking spaces. Our team completed storm drainage calculations to confirm that the existing retention pond had adequate volume to accommodate this additional impervious area. Kleingers engineers utilized water quality devices at each catch basin to meet water quality requirements. Ensuring all project goals were met, we completed a post-construction inspection to close out the permit with Oldham County.
