The Kleingers Group performed land surveying, feasibility studies, site engineering design and prepared detailed drainage and detention calculations for dozens of new free-standing Wendy’s restaurants constructed throughout Ohio.
These sites experience a high volume of vehicular usage. As a result, Kleingers designed an operational plan to accommodate a restaurant building, parking spaces, a loading zone, and stormwater detention within the site constraints. We assisted the owner in obtaining various permits from various governing municipalities and coordinating the site work construction.
