Col. Glenn Highway and Mission Pointe Drive Signal Improvements

The Kleingers Group performed the survey, civil engineering design, and traffic impact studies for the first phase of the 100+ acre mixed-use site named Mission Pointe. Kleingers provided utility coordination, 1,800 feet of first phase boulevard design, and 4,000 linear feet of waterline extension from Col. Glenn Highway and under I-675 to Kemp Road. As part of this project, our team improved the signal at the intersection of Col. Glenn Highway and Mission Pointe Drive. The site was constructed simultaneously with the armed forces restructuring process at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
