The Kleingers Group provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and survey services for the $45.6 million addition and renovation project. The existing University of Cincinnati Lindner Hall is transforming into the new College of Law.
The project is designed over an aged and abandoned 42” MSD sewer approximately 35 feet deep. A new underground stormwater detention basin was designed to accommodate the enlarged building while reusing the existing sanitary service. Coordination with the Fire Department was done to ensure adequate building coverage.
