This new music venue is constructed on three-fourths of an acre lot and sits adjacent to Smale Riverfront Outdoor Music Venue Public Park. The entertainment space will have garage parking below it. The building will be an architectural feature for the Cincinnati skyline.
The Kleingers Group provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the project. Designs incorporate public plaza space at an upper level, a drop-off location, and a larger plaza at a lower level that overlooks the park. Grade change is significant on the project. Kleingers provided connections at existing upper and lower streets, incorporating custom guardrails and handrails that interlink this project with other downtown developments.
