World Park at Union Centre

Client: Duke Realty Corporation

This industrial park in West Chester, OH has been in development since 1997, when Kleingers & Associates was asked to provide site and roadway design for the property. We delivered an innovative design solution that allowed Duke to reclaim significant portions of flood-prone areas of the site for development. We raised portions of the site with material excavated from new basins adjacent to Mill Creek. These new “side-saddle” basins safely provide additional storage for floodwaters during major storms. To date, Kleingers & Associates has designed 12 individual building sites at World Park with a total of approximately 2.7 million square feet of industrial space.
