The Villas at Settlers Walk

The Villas are upscale, multi-family condominium buildings and units at Settlers Walk, a master-planned community in Springboro, OH. Kleingers & Associates provided conceptual planning presentations for this development—the first product of its kind in Springboro—as well as boundary and topographic surveys, construction layout and permitting. Among the challenges for this project: rough terrain, difficult grading and the requirement that each building site be flexible enough to accommodate four different individual-unit floor plans of varying size, to be chosen by each buyer. We used a system of low walls to provide an aesthetically pleasing design and maximize our client’s yield—49 four-unit ranch buildings on the 35-acre site.
