Troy Messer, P.E., joined Kleingers & Associates in 1993, the year it was founded, as part of the first team of engineers. He currently serves as branch manager for our Dayton office, which opened in September of 2006. In this role, Troy’s primary responsibilities include administration of personnel and business development for the branch. Previously with K&A, Troy worked as a project manager at the West Chester office. One of his largest projects is the Settlers Walk/Village Park Development. Troy has experience with residential, commercial, institutional and industrial site development projects around the tri-state area. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
