Symmes Township
Safety Services Building

Client: Michael Schuster Associates /
Symmes Township

When Symmes Township officials decided to redevelop a dilapidated neighborhood as the site for its new Safety Services Building, they hired Kleingers & Associates to engineer the project. The existing facility was aging, and the township was in need of a new facility to house the fire and sheriff’s departments as well as a gathering place for the growing community. Township officials had acquired 11 parcels in the center of the community, along with a portion of Weekly Lane, and wished to consolidate them as the site for the new building. K&A provided site design and surveying for the $4.5 million facility.
