Seton High School Addition/RenovationClient: 2enCompass In 2004, Kleingers & Associates was hired by 2enCompass (a joint venture between Steed-Hammond-Paul architectural firm and Messer Construction) to engineer the renovation/addition at Seton High School in Cincinnati. This $15 million private-school project included a new 202-space parking garage as well as two building additions totaling over 20,000 square feet for a new gymnasium, administration area and student commons/gathering space. Because the design/construction team provided the school with a guaranteed maximum price, staying within budget and meeting the deadline for this project were paramount. We did so by maintaining constant communication between the engineers, architect, contractor and client, enabling the team to better meet the needs and expectations of the school. |
