Kleingers & Associates provided site design, surveying and traffic impact study for The Hoff Academic Quad at Xavier University. The university's extensive $110 million initiative to expand its footprint and enhance its front door includes a 100,000 sf College of Business, 20,000 sf Central Utility Plant, 75,000 sf library expansion, 220 space parking lot, vacation of two public streets, public roadway improvements and a major extension of XU's award winning greenspace. K&A engineers worked closely with various City of Cincinnati agencies to design the new watermain, underground utilities and public roadway restructuring required for this complex project. The Hoff Academic Quad is projected to be significantly completed by fall 2010.
