Kleingers & Associates completed the conceptual and cpnstruction document design process for a new public streetscape and gateway for South Pointe at Civic Centre in the popular Streets of West Chester development. The TIF funded Streetscape included specialty pavement design for crosswalks and sidewalks, entry monumentation design, site furnishing selections, irrigation, and planting design. The plant material selected was based on aesthetics, hardiness, salt tolerance, and drought tolerance.
