Kleingers & Associates, Inc. was chosen by the City of Silverton to draft the community's first Comprehensive Plan with the aid of a 15 member steering committee. The Plan will provide substantial focus on the redevelopment opportunities along the City's main business corridors comprising Montgomery Road and Plainfield Road. Detailed implementation action steps were drafted through the planning process to provide Silverton with the recommended zoning policies required to begin implementing the Comprehensive Plan's goals & objectives. K&A is currently working to implement the plan through revisions to the zoning code and subdivision regulations.
