Kleingers & Associates was commissioned to study the effects of increasing the student population from 900 to nearly 3,000 students on the school's campus on the corner of U.S.22/S.R.3 and Morrow Cozaddale Road. K&A worked in conjunction with staff at the school and at the Warren County Engineer's Office to select the best alternative to safely and efficiently move traffic to and from the school campus. After studying numerous options for accommodating the nearly three-fold increase in traffic, engineers at K&A proposed an improvement option which included the construction of a modern roundabout at the main campus access point.
K&A provided all traffic studies, planning, field survey, and design for the project and assisted the school and the County with a public education/driver awareness campaign.
