Kleingers & Associates was hired by the City of Monroe to lead the bidding process for the estimated $4 million public roadway improvements in association with the Cincinnati Premium Outlets Mall. K&A prepared the contract documents and specifications that included language addressing the tight timeframes, material lead times, and liquidated damages provisions. During the bidding process, K&A received contractor questions and prepared addendums incorporating contractor feedback. Upon opening the contractor bids, K&A reviewed the bids and provided a recommendation of award to the City Council.
