Ledgestone is an office condominium project at Settlers Walk, a master-planned community in Springboro, OH. Kleingers & Associates provided site design and detailed grading analysis for the 8.2-acre sloping site, yielding 70,500 square feet of professional office space. Because the site is adjacent to the Dayton Wright Brothers Airport, building heights were restricted by FAA regulations.
