Kleingers & Associates drafted a comprehensive Corridor Plan for State Route 28 to guide the future growth along the Goshen Township corridor. The project included the creation of the Goshen Town Center Overlay District Guidelines, which was adopted by the township trustees. The Goshen Community Improvement Corporation is currently utilizing the plan and new overlay district guidelines as a strategic tool to attract private sector development in the area. The plan is also being used as supportive documentation for prospective infrastructure funding applications through OKI and Clermont County funding programs.
