The 10-acre East Pointe site is located in the City of Middletown near the Atrium Medical Center. Currently, a 50,000 sf LEED-certified office building has been constructed on site with another 178,000 sf of office space planned in future phases. Kleingers has provided value engineering and surveying services to Al Neyer and the City of Middletown for site work, LEED certification, and public improvements such as roadways and utilities, as well as landscape architecture services. Tight construction deadlines and coordination with the future SR-122 water main and roadway improvement projects have made this a challenging project for Al Neyer, Middletown, and Kleingers. However, intelligent planning, teamwork, and foresight by all parties involved has provided a new office for Paychex on schedule and made this project a success.
