and Zoning Code Rewrite

Client: City of Deer Park, Ohio

Kleingers & Associates, Inc. was engaged to draft the City of Deer Park's first Comprehensive Plan. Deer Park is positioned adjacent to the Kenwood retail district and is poised to capture the retail, office and residential growth currently underway in the area. A major focus of the plan is to provide detailed implementation strategies for mixed-use downtown development along the City's two main business and residential corridors. The plan will feature advanced zoning policy recommendations and development financing strategies. In addition, K&A has been retained to lead a comprehensive rewrite of Deer Park's zoning code.
