Developers called on Kleingers & Associates to analyze the impact of traffic from this proposed development - a commercial planned-unit building - on the surrounding roadway network. We designed improvements to public infrastructure facilities owned by the City of Norwood, the City of Cincinnati and the Ohio Department of Transportation. We then prepared construction drawings for roadway and traffic signal improvements on Smith Road at a proposed site drive, on Williams Avenue and on the Smith/Edwards I-71 exit ramp. Because this project impacted facilities managed by multiple agencies, it was important for us to be proactive in communicating with each to ensure that the improvements were in compliance with applicable standards.
