Following a comprehensive survey of Bellbook's existing athletic complex, Kleingers and Associates proposed several concept plans for the complete renovation of their facility. K&A was then contracted to complete civil engineering design services for the $3 million renovation of the Miami Valley South Stadium. The project consisted of demolition of the existing track, natural turf field and bleachers. The new complex showcases the Golden Eagles' commitment to their community with a synthetic turf field, all-weather track and field events, concession and restroom facilities. The new 3,600 seat grandstand features bucket seats and a state-of-the-art press box. Sponsorship from Miami Valley Hospital allowed Kleingers the opportunity to efficiently incorporate several upgrades to the facility, exceeding the school district's initial expectations for the project.
