"The Silverton Comprehensive Development Plan and the new Zoning Code will position Silverton to take advantage of its strategic location. The Comprehensive Plan clearly articulates our vision and goals, while the Zoning Code provides the structure to make them happen," states Silverton City Manager Mark Wendling. Jay Stewart, Director of Planning & Urban Design for Kleingers & Associates adds, "K&A's experience in the field of public sector infrastructure design and redevelopment work compliments the proactive redevelopment goals of the City. K&A is excited about being an integral team player in the continued evolution of this first ring suburban community."
