New Development Services Division

(CINCINNATI, Ohio) - Kleingers & Associates, a civil engineering and land surveying firm based in West Chester, has launched a new Development Services Division to provide planning, zoning and project financing services for its private- and public-sector clients.

Directing the new division is Jay Stewart, a land-use attorney and former development director for the City of Monroe in southeast Ohio. Company president Jim Kleingers said Stewart's expertise will allow the company to offer a comprehensive range of land development services. "Jay's 14 years of experience in public-sector zoning and project financing, combined with his legal experience representing clients in zoning matters, is a great complement to our engineering and surveying services," he said.

Stewart earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and completed a Masters in Urban Planning from Miami University.

Kleingers & Associates is a 90-person firm specializing in development services for the residential, commercial and industrial markets.
