Rob Painter

Director of Engineering

Rob Painter, P.E., has been with Kleingers & Associates since 1993, the year it was founded, serving first as project engineer/engineering technician, then as project manager/team leader and now as engineering director. He's responsible for all engineering operations including production, quality control, quality assurance and training for our base office in West Chester, OH. Rob leads a team of six project managers who serve as team leaders to 24 employees. In that role, he provides coaching and mentoring for the engineering staff and tracks progress reports for their projects to ensure client satisfaction. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
