Director of Planning & Urban Design

Jay Stewart, Esq., A.I.C.P., brings over 14 years of public sector planning and development experience to his work as Director of Planning & Urban Design for Kleingers & Associates. Jay has extensive experience in managing complex planning and economic development projects for one of the fastest growing cities in the state of Ohio. He has a broad background in public sector development financing and has previously served five years as a City Finance Director. Jay also adds his experience as a practicing land use and zoning attorney to his projects. The Kleingers Planning & Urban Design Group provides community planning, zoning and public financing services to public sector and private sector clients.
