The Kleingers & Associates story begins in 1993, when Jim Kleingers, P.E. & P.S., bought the interest in what was then the West Chester, OH branch of RW Consultants, a Middletown, OH-based engineering and surveying firm. Jim had served as Chief Engineer/Branch Manager for five years and was eager to take the reins, build his own company and participate in the phenomenal growth that was underway in West Chester and neighboring Liberty Township.
That growth - from residential and commercial development to the expansion of township schools and parks - fueled the rapid growth of Kleingers & Associates, which began with just five employees in 1993 and today employs more than 90. Kleingers' reach extends beyond our West Chester neighborhood, with expanding Ohio offices in Columbus and Dayton.
