East Campus Athletic Facility

Kleingers & Associates provided site design and surveying for a new $6 million NCAA athletic facility on the east campus of Cincinnati’s College of Mount St. Joseph. Completed in 2004, the facility includes an artificial turf field, a synthetic track for track and field events, a 2,400-seat bleacher structure and a 20,000 sf fieldhouse.

We also provided site design and surveying services for an associated three-level parking garage, two surface parking lots and a 1,200 lf mainline sanitary sewer extension. Two detention basins were designed to serve the athletic facility and parking garage.
