Wilmington Pike Improvements, Phase 1
Centerville, Ohio

The Kleingers Group performed the engineering design services for the first phase of roadway improvements along Wilmington Pike and is currently assisting the City of Centerville in reviewing and approving shop drawings for the project. The project is approximately 1,650 feet long and includes improvements to Wilmington Pike beginning from approximately 400 ft. north of the south bound I-675 exit ramp and extending north, past the intersection of Wilmington Pike with Feedwire Road to Dille Drive, the entrance to the recently constructed Costco store where a new traffic signal was installed. A 10 ft. wide shared use
path, walks, storm sewers, utility coordination, right-of-way, maintenance of traffic and coordination with ongoing future projects are all part of this project.
