Highlands Retail Center

Client: Neyer Properties / Butler County Engineer’s Office

Neyer Properties wanted to develop 100 acres of West Chester, OH commercial ground into a retail center that would be home to Wal-Mart and other retail stores. They asked the Kleingers team to design a new public roadway and thousands of feet of utility extensions to serve the development. Our engineers also created a strategy and plans to alleviate some of the existing downstream drainage problems. The key to this project: creating synergy between the developer, retailer and government by providing critical communication, coordination and design.
