The Estates at Settlers Walk

The Estates is one of the upscale, single-family residential developments at Settlers Walk, a master-planned community in Springboro, OH. Kleingers & Associates was asked to design this new neighborhood on 83 acres that had no access to public sanitary sewer. We provided conceptual planning presentations to city officials and designed utility construction documents for 161 home sites, along with plans for a temporary sanitary pumping station that enabled development to proceed. Eventually we designed a permanent gravity sanitary sewer to serve the neighborhood.
