Kleingers & Associates designed the site plan for this retail development at Settlers Walk, a master-planned community in Springboro, OH. The Marketplace is a commercial shopping center with Dorothy Lane Market as an anchor store. The grading plan for the center was very challenging as the original site had over 30 feet of fall from one end of the development to the other. By implementing several retaining walls and stepping the building down at intervals, we provided a design that met the client’s needs and maintained accessibility.
