Cooperative Education ProgramKleingers & Associates is proud of the success of our Co-op Education Program. Working through the engineering departments at the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati State University and Ohio University, we welcome 4-6 sophomores, juniors and seniors into our co-op program each quarter. These students spend time in the field and in the office, getting practical experience in every facet of surveying and civil engineering while fulfilling the requirements of their curriculum. Many of our past co-op students have joined Kleingers as full-time employees upon graduation. "As a co-op at Kleingers & Associates, I was trained and involved in most aspects of the design process from start to finish. When it came time to start looking for a full-time job my senior year, it was an easy decision to begin my search with Kleingers. The atmosphere is very relaxed and family-like.
