Cincinnati-Dayton Road/Highlands Roadway Improvement

Kleingers & Associates provided construction plans for 2,500 feet of new roadway and 1,000 feet of improvements to Cincinnati-Dayton Road, creating access to available property in a rapidly developing retail area in Butler County, OH. The dynamic nature of this public roadway improvement project, as it developed simultaneously with the related commercial site, called for quick and efficient responses to changes in project scope. We worked closely with both public and private entities to understand and provide for all the project stakeholders’ goals and needs. Regular communication and careful coordination were key factors in making this project a success.
