When insurance provider Anthem needed more office space, they teamed with Duke Construction and Kleingers & Associates to build an addition that would double its office space and consolidate all of its local operations in Deerfield Township, OH. We provided topographic survey, design development, flood analysis, construction drawings and stakeout for the project, which was sited in a flood-prone area. And because Anthem’s timing requirements were unusually tight, our team divided and coordinated the work among three project groups, compressing an eight-week design schedule into three in order to meet the deadline.
