Company President

Company president Jim Kleingers, P.E., P.S., garnered a wealth of engineering experience in both the public and private sectors before founding his own civil engineering and land surveying firm, Kleingers & Associates, in 1993. He began his career in 1978 at Owens-Corning Fiberglass Corporation in Toledo, then worked as City Engineer for Springboro, OH and Development Engineer for Brenner Woods Development Company in Cincinnati before becoming Chief Engineer/Branch Manager for the West Chester arm of RW Consultants, Inc., an engineering and surveying firm based in Middletown, OH.

Jim eventually bought the interest in the West Chester branch and launched Kleingers & Associates, which today employs more than 90 associates in four locations—Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton, Ohio and Sierra Vista, Arizona. In addition to managing operations, he maintains relationships with clients, suppliers and public officials and frequently dons an apron and chef’s hat for company cookouts and breakfasts. Jim makes a mean country breakfast complete with French toast and scrambled eggs.
